just wanted to put some more pics really quick...I thought those with CDH babies would appriecate the xray pic... shows the right lung looking good, they little left lung and the intestines on the left... also the wire tube is actually in the stomach were you see it curve back up... Then same pics of us with the little bundle of joy...Chanda is doin just fine.. Ireland's numbers have gone down since the morning... Guess they are having a meeting in the morning to decided on a few options... I still need to feel you all in on the actual happenings of the day after the c section and what went down.. right now we are both just beat and tired.. I feel bad cause me and T are staying at the hotel and leaving Chanda at the hospital but We all need some sleep very bad!! Lots of love to you all that have posted comments... you keep our spirts up... off to sneak on more look at my little girl before bed...

  1. Thanks for the update...I've been wondering about Ireland's status. Sorry to hear her numbers have gone down...just remember that she is in good hands at the hospital and of course she is in the Lord's hands. Serena was very concerned about the tubes. When I told her that Ireland has some things inside her body that aren't quite right, she put a sad face on and kept saying 'poor baby.' I told her she could help by saying a prayer and she thought that was a good idea. On that note, I will be heading to bed shortly and you can bet I will be praying extra hard for her myself. Hope you all can get a good night's sleep. We love you.

  4. Hi, I am a friend of baby Kamryn's mom, and so I have followed your blog (as well as a few other CDH babies) for a short while now. I am praying SO MUCH for this sweet baby-great name, by the way. Though I'll probably never have the pleasure of meeting you all, please know I have love in my heart for your little family. Prayers, prayers, prayers....not only for Ireland's healing, but also for comfort, peace, and even joy for ALL of you.

  10. It's good to see Chanda up, i know it's hard after having a c section. I will be praying for baby Ireland and for you Chanda! I know the first 3 days after a c section are really hard and with our sick babies we just have to suck it up and be tough, because I know i was up doing things and staying with my baby way b4 i was suppose to. Most moms don't have to do what we do, so many many prayers I am praying for you as well as Ireland........and in Jesus name her numbers are bck up today!

  17. Congratulations on your baby girl! Your family will be in our prayers. Its amazing how these cute little babies are often times "big" fighters. My husband worked in the ICU in Childrens Hospital at Pittsburgh and witnessed many babies/kids pull through very difficult situations!
